After arriving at Gloves Boxing Club via Lee Saxby's coaches course I was taken on as a coach and given a chance to learn and develop. Lee's cousin Tony took me under his wing and gave me a chance to learn and practice what I teach, without the pressure of conforming to what is expected of a typical "Personal Trainer", embracing and developing my ideas I wanted to bring to the club and philosophy and allowing me to be free to to teach people how to move with the influences I had - all invaluable stuff that I am eternally grateful for. Always generous with his time, Tony has shared with me his experience of being in the industry for over a decade, from biomechanics and movement analysis, to running and lifting technique, to preparation and transfer of complex knowledge into digestible effective packages for compromised individuals. A great inspiration and influence his time and guidance has been integral. Thanks Tony, words are not enough.
