Small Group Training Membership

Body | people | place

You have a body. A body that craves to move. A body that craves to really connect to a place. A body that wants to resonate and connect with other people moving too.

There's so much information out there to decipher and you want to learn how to curate and craft what's right for you with guidance from someone that's nerdy, passionate and understanding and also the support of other people looking for the same thing. You want to be outside, reconnecting to the seasonal rhythm, to move, connect with and recalibrate your own rhythms. Practice (hell life) can be lonely - you want to connect with others and share meaningful encounters.

You want to delve deeper into practice, be guided with a map, but also learn how to attune to and read your own compass (i.e. learn how to fish). You want to learn how to be the architect of your own practice - self-sufficient, adaptable and creative - but share the journey with others.

You are curious to understand, sustain and enjoy how YOUR body moves while feeling empowered to overcome obstacles you may face.

YOU. ARE. INTERESTED. IN. HELPING. YOU.

and so are we.

If this sounds like you then maybe we would be a good fit. Why not schedule a discovery call to hear about Small Group Training and the movement practice membership or have a look at what I offer below.

About Small Group Practice | Movement Practice Membership

This is my best effort to facilitate a consistent group movement practice to explore movement training, communication and the sharing of collective knowledge, through weekly classes, group projects, continued online education/discussion and access to pretty much all the opportunities to learn from me - all classes, constant email/messaging communication and most workshops I offfer.

We Work. We play. We move outside in ALL seasons but move inside too (and more in the winter).⠀

What do we do? It depends. ⠀

On the group…our collective state, the season, the cycle we're going through, what resonates with our practice at the time, what motives and processes we want to observe. We have many teachers whose knowledge permeates and influences our practice. We do have a general approach to our practice. We do human stuff. We try to remember to ‘do the thing’ as our guide, and observe what takes us away from those things and what we may do to get back to them, to perform better and to sustain that thing with longevity in mind.⠀

Where do you invest your resources when time and energy is limited? How do you navigate the terrain with so many confusing maps? The answers are for you the individual to explore, but I will say that perhaps investing in your relationships and companions to travel with you can make things less bewildering and provide the support you need to restock when you’re depleted.⠀

We run. We jump. We climb. We dance. We fight. We lift. We throw. We play. We study. We create.⠀
We communicate.

The weekly group movement classes are to facilitate consistent group practice, exploring movement training, communication and the sharing of collective knowledge and experience. With continued online education, material and discussion for those that want to continue the practice away from the classes.
