Every last Saturday of the month 12:30-2pm

Learn the art of Rope Flow and connect with other Rope Rollers at the beautiful Hampstead Heath.

This class is suitable for all levels. We will be teaching and refining the basics for anyone from total beginners (Rope’s provided and also for sale). We will also go through more advanced progressions for whoever may be ready. This class will be guided by Ben and Conor, who inspired by David Weck and Tim Shieff of Way of the Rope have thrown themselves into this amazing practice and are passionate about sharing and facilitating it for others.

For the more advanced rollers or people who just want to free flow you are welcome to join too.

This will often be followed by an open ‘rope flow jam’ for people who want to continue practicing, playing and connecting.

Some of the key focus points:

• Spine mobility & Coiling Core

• The fundamental patterns (Figure-8/infinity patterns, Dragon Roll & Sneaks) w/ advanced variations when you’re ready

• Footwork to connect the legs / the upper body

• Acquiring/refining a new/old pattern you are working on
